SERVICE GUARANTEE

We offer a 100% guarantee on all services. No refunds. You may receive a redo appointment at any time within the first two weeks for most services. Due to the nature of some services, this guarantee may vary. Due to the delicate nature of hair extensions and necessary home care, we guarantee them for 48 hours after leaving Dolce. Massage or facial service guarantees will be evaluated by the Department Director prior to booking a redo service. Please allow 72 hours for your treatment file to be reviewed.

CHILD POLICY

We will happily reschedule your appointment if you have children with you today. This is for the safety and relaxation of our guests. Thank you for your cooperation.

CANCELLATION & CREDIT CARD POLICY

We require a credit card number to reserve all appointments. In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment with us we do require at least 24 hours notice so that we may possibly accommodate the needs of other clients. In the case of a same day cancellation or if you were to not show up for your appointment, you will be charged a fee up to 100% of your total service. We understand that emergency situations do arise and we will accommodate you in any way we can.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

$15 Dolce Dollars will be credited to your account when your referral guest checks out from their first visit at Dolce. The guest MUST write your name on their client profile for proper credit to be given. No retroactive referral credit will be given.

PRODUCT RETURNS

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our skin, hair and body products. If you decide that it is not the right product for you, and provided that ½ the original amount of the product is unused, we will gladly take it back and exchange it for another product or credit your Dolce account if returned within 14 days of original purchase. No cash or credit card refunds – exchanges or Dolce credit only. Hair pieces, make-up and boutique items cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom make-up products can be reformulated for you within this time if they are not meeting your color needs.

DOLCE MEMBERSHIPS

Not a Dolce Member? Want even MORE Sweet Deals? Member Benefits include but not limited to: No need to show a Facebook hookUP at check-out (just mention), receive Members Only gifts via email & snail mail, receive special Member discounts each month PLUS so much more! It definitely pays to be a Member!

PROMOTIONS

All Dolce promotions/special pricing cannot be combined OR used with other Dolce promotional offers. Price adjustments will not be made on previous purchases or services. DOLCE GIFT CARDS

• Must present Gift Card at time of check-out.

• Gift Cards are valid for products or services from Dolce and is not redeemable for cash.

• Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

• Gift Card amount cannot be applied to gratuity, unless specifically noted.

• Dolce is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.

• When the full value of the Gift Card is redeemed, it will be relinquished to the client coordinator.

• Gift Cards have no implied warranties and is not a credit card or debit card.

• Other restrictions may apply.

HUNIE GIFT CARDS

• Must present Hunie Gift Card at time of check-out.

• Hunies are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

• Dolce is not responsible for lost or stolen Hunies.

• Must be used towards full price services only!

• Not valid on products, extensions, hair feathers, Gift Cards, Memberships or gratuity.

• Cannot combine with any Dolce promos on same service.

• Cannot be changed into any other form of currency.

• Cannot use Dolce Dollars/Gift Cards to purchase Hunies.

• Other restrictions may apply. This card does not expire.
