Dolce Salon & Spa now offers Great Lengths hair extensions by Hair-U-Wear at all of our valley locations in Chandler, Scottsdale Borgata and Arrowhead in Peoria. These luscious locks are 100% human hair and can add length, volume or both without compromising the health of your natural hair.
Single plugs of human hair – about 25 hairs – are invisibly bonded with a protein polymer onto your own hair close to the root area. Great Lengths extensions last anywhere from four to six months, and give your hair full movement. This is the type of extension celebrities get because, unlike a weave, you can wear your hair in any style, and it looks completely natural. From Christina Aguilera to Jennifer Aniston to Haley Barry, these days everyone wants instant longer, thicker hair!

Includes consulatation, application, the cost of hair, shampoo, conditioning and hair cut. Estimated Time 3 to 7 Hours (depending on length and thickness desired)

Tips for your Great Lengths extensions to last longer:
- Don’t wash your hair for at least two days after the application. Leaving the Great Lengths protein bond to set for at least two days will allow it to strengthen.
- When washing your hair, always tilt your head back and wash gently. Wrap hair in a towel to remove excess water – never scrub your hair.
- Wear a soft hair tie at night to keep hair from tangling.
- Keep heat away from the protein bond. If curling, ironing or blow-drying your hair, be sure not to style too close to the scalp. Heat breaks down the bond.
- If swimming in saltwater or chlorinated water, make sure hair is wet prior to submerging your head in the treated water. Salt and chlorine break down the protein bond that keeps Great Lengths attached.
