I moved to Chandler 18 months ago and was at my wits end trying to find a salon and stylist that could provide the talent, skill, professional attitude and customer service that I had previously enjoyed at a salon for 16 years in Tucson. After shocking and disappointing results every eight weeks at some of Phoenix area reputed top salons, Dolce was my *last* try before commuting to Tucson for a great colour and cut. *How THRILLED I was with my stylist at the Chandler location!* She was very warm, engaging, professional, expertly educated, creative and did an AMAZING job with my hair. I presented her with quite a challenge as well, matching all over root colour, three different highlight colours and restyling a poor cut on long hair. Her customer service skills were of the caliber of a true professional, her attention was completely on the service she was providing to myself and the expertise she had to offer, I felt like a very valued client. Our initial consultation was focused, with her suggestions, problem solving, and delightful humor. My stylist is a top-notch representation of what I am sure the Dolce Salon has built their success on. As long as I have a hair on my head, I will be a long term client of her skills and Dolce. I've been coming to Dolce for about 3.5 years now. (since I moved here, and I've never been anywhere else!) Once I came to Dolce, I was hooked! My stylist is truly amazing as well as everyone else there. I do everything at Dolce, hair color, cut, nails, eyebrows, and more!!! Seriously would not know what to do without Dolce salon and spa! I LOVE being a member at Dolce! Last week I booked a massage at Arrowhead with complementary blow-dry hairstyle and make-up touch up online. On the way to my appointment I was called regarding my resume and was asked to come in for an interview! If I would have been going anywhere else for a massage I would have panicked! I can not get all oily and then try to rush to make an interview and look presentable, luckily I choose Dolce for my pampering! My massage was suited to my needs by one of my favorite therapists and she wished me good luck on the interview. Then I went downstairs to have the coconut oil washed from my hair and styled to fierce perfection with a "you are going to rock it" from the stylist. Then I was swept away to the make-up table where in seconds the MUA assessed my skin and picked out the right colors and shades to freshen my face to a beautiful glow. On my way out the door she said, "you got this one in the bag." Thank you Dolce for the added uuumph, confidence, and style a girl needs to be her best!
