We offer a 100% guarantee on all services. No refunds. You may receive a redo appointment at any time within the first two weeks for most services. Due to the nature of some services, this guarantee may vary. Due to the delicate nature & necessary home care of hair extensions & lash extensions, we guarantee them for 48 hours after leaving Dolce.
In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment with us we do require at least 24 hours notice so that we may possibly accommodate the needs of other clients. In case of a same day cancellation or if you were to not show up for your appointment, you will be subject to a $25 fee. We understand that emergency situations do arise and we will accommodate you in any way we can.
We will happily reschedule your appointment if you have your children with you today. This is for their safety & the relaxation of our guests. Thank you for your cooperation.
$25 Dolce Dollars will be credited to your account when your referral guest checks out from their first visit at Dolce. The guest MUST write your name on their client profile for proper credit to be given. No retroactive referral credit will be given.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our skin, hair & body products. If you decide that it is not the right product for you, & provided that half the amount of the product is unused, we will gladly take it back & exchange it for another product or credit your Dolce account if returned within 14 days of original purchase. No cash or credit card refunds – exchanges or Dolce credit only. Hair pieces, brushes, make-up, boutique items & gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom make-up products can be reformulated for you within this time if they are not meeting your color needs.
All offers given by Dolce Salon & Spa cannot be combined with any other coupons or promotions and may change, be modified or cancelled at any time without notice. For all complimentary products, tax will be added at check-out. Price adjustments will not be made on previous purchases or services. You must present promotions/special pricing at time of check-out. Prices subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items! For your convenience, food can be ordered for you to enjoy during your Dolce experience. (Some Spa Packages include a meal) Hunies/discounts not valid on lunches (including packages). We accept: Visa, Debit, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & Cash. No checks please.

to the client coordinator.
