VISION STATEMENT - Dolce & Companies Corporation is dedicated to providing superior, customized
care through ongoing education and extensive product knowledge. Our main
focus is promoting wellness and beauty in every aspect, to each other and our
clientele. Through charitable contributions, we strive to improve the world with
the dedicated efforts of the entire Dolce Empire. We receive the best training in
the industry and above all, believe in providing an amazing service, as well as a
memorable, life changing experience.
SERVICE GUARANTEE We offer a 100% guarantee on all services. No refunds. You may receive a
redo appointment at any time within the first two weeks for most services.
Due to the nature of some services, this guarantee may vary. Massage or
facial service guarantees will be evaluated by the Department Director prior
to booking a redo service. Please allow 72 hours for your treatment file to
be reviewed.
CHILD POLICY - For the safety of your children and the relaxation of our guests, children are not
permitted unless they are receiving services.
CANCELLATION & CREDIT CARD POLICY - We require a credit card number to reserve all appointments. In the event that you need
to cancel your scheduled appointment with us we do require at least 24 hours notice
so that we may possibly accomodate the needs of other clients. In the case of a same day
cancellation or if you were to not show up for your appointment, you will be charged a fee
up to 100% of your total service. We understand that emergency situations do arise and we will accommodate you in any way we can.
REFERRAL PROGRAM - $15 Dolce Dollars will be credited to your account when your referral guest checks out from
their first visit at Dolce. The guest MUST write your name on their client profile for proper
credit to be given. No retroactive referral credit will be given.
PRODUCT RETURNS - We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our skin, hair and body products. If you
decide that it is not the right product for you, and provided that ½ the original amount
of the product is unused, we will gladly take it back and exchange it for another product
or credit your Dolce account if returned within 14 days of original purchase. No cash
or credit card refunds - exchanges or Dolce credit only. Hair pieces, make-up and
boutique items cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom Make-up products can be reformulated
for you within this time if they are not meeting your color needs.
PRODUCT HOME CARE - RX - Continued results are achieved through daily use of professional products at
home. Your professional will recommend a home care regimen to maintain
your results between visits, including these products for you with your ticket
at check out. These products will also be written on a "Prescription Card" for
your reference.
PROMOTIONS - All Dolce promotions/special pricing cannot be combined OR used with
other Dolce promotional offers. Price adjustments will not be made on
previous purchases or services. You must present promotions/special pricing at
time of check-out. For more information on the
