POLICIES
VISION STATEMENT - Dolce & Companies Corporation is dedicated to providing superior, customized care through ongoing education and extensive product knowledge. Our main focus is promoting wellness and beauty in every aspect, to each other and our clientele. Through charitable contributions, we strive to improve the world with the dedicated efforts of the entire Dolce Empire. We receive the best training in the industry and above all, believe in providing an amazing service, as well as a memorable, life changing experience.

SERVICE GUARANTEE We offer a 100% guarantee on all services. No refunds. You may receive a redo appointment at any time within the first two weeks for most services. Due to the nature of some services, this guarantee may vary. Massage or facial service guarantees will be evaluated by the Department Director prior to booking a redo service. Please allow 72 hours for your treatment file to be reviewed.

CHILD POLICY - For the safety of your children and the relaxation of our guests, children are not permitted unless they are receiving services.

CANCELLATION & CREDIT CARD POLICY - We require a credit card number to reserve all appointments. In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment with us we do require at least 24 hours notice so that we may possibly accomodate the needs of other clients. In the case of a same day cancellation or if you were to not show up for your appointment, you will be charged a fee up to 100% of your total service. We understand that emergency situations do arise and we will accommodate you in any way we can.

REFERRAL PROGRAM - $15 Dolce Dollars will be credited to your account when your referral guest checks out from their first visit at Dolce. The guest MUST write your name on their client profile for proper credit to be given. No retroactive referral credit will be given.

PRODUCT RETURNS - We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our skin, hair and body products. If you decide that it is not the right product for you, and provided that ½ the original amount of the product is unused, we will gladly take it back and exchange it for another product or credit your Dolce account if returned within 14 days of original purchase. No cash or credit card refunds - exchanges or Dolce credit only. Hair pieces, make-up and boutique items cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom Make-up products can be reformulated for you within this time if they are not meeting your color needs.

PRODUCT HOME CARE - RX - Continued results are achieved through daily use of professional products at home. Your professional will recommend a home care regimen to maintain your results between visits, including these products for you with your ticket at check out. These products will also be written on a "Prescription Card" for your reference.

PROMOTIONS - All Dolce promotions/special pricing cannot be combined OR used with other Dolce promotional offers. Price adjustments will not be made on previous purchases or services. SPA ETIQUETTE
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. If you are receiving multiple spa treatments, spa attire and slippers will be provided for you when you arrive. Your clothes and possessions will be in a locker for the duration of your appointment at Dolce. You will be asked to fill out a Massage and/or Facial profile. These may be filled out ahead of time by printing out the forms from our website under Spa Etiquette. Guests under the age of 18 will need a guardian's signature on these forms.

For your convenience, showers are available for you to use before and/or after treatments. If you wish to shower in between treatments, please notify the Client Coordinator scheduling your treatments to allow enough time for you to do so. Our Arrowhead location women's locker room features a dry sauna and Jacuzzi for use in your bathing suit.

You will be asked to undress to your comfort level for body treatments. Your therapist will keep your body draped with sheets during the treatment and only expose the areas being worked on. With treatments such as body wraps, you will be draped with hand towels in order to reap maximum benefits. Undergarments may be kept on, or swimsuits may be worn if that is your comfort level.

If you are receiving a body wrap or body polish, do not shave or wax your legs at least 8 hours prior to treatment.

For gentlemen, please shave two hours prior to your facial treatments.

Give your therapist feedback as to your comfort and special trouble areas. We are here to make this the most relaxing and beneficial treatment for you, so tell us what your needs are. If you would rather enjoy the treatment in silence, that is your choice as well. Relax and enjoy the benefits of the spa, allowing others to "do for you," but respect that the room must be prepared and used for the next client. Please know that you must leave the room upon completion of treatment within a reasonable amount of time.

Please know that you are in a professional spa therapy operation and do not expect anything other than therapeutic or spa treatments.

Leaving gratuity is always left to the discretion of our clients. As in all service-related businesses, it is common practice to leave gratuity when the professional has performed a service to the client's satisfaction. Customary gratuity in day spas is 20% or more of the full value of the treatment. Unless noted, gift certificates for treatments and/or packages do not include gratuities.

For safety reasons, the maximum occupancy of each spa room, with the exception of the companion room, is two people. Any adults accompanying you to your spa services are welcome to wait in the relaxation room.

We ask that you turn your cell phone off while in the spa for the relaxation of other guests.
